South Africa: Robbers from Zimbabwe are killed after shooting down a helicopter.
Bheki Cele, South Africa's police minister, stated yesterday that police shot and killed eight members of a 25-member gang involved in cash heists in Gauteng and Kwazulu Natal (KZN), arrested eight others, and are still looking for the remainder.
The gang, according to Cele, is well-armed, with AK47s and double magazines.
He claimed that the gang, which included four South Africans from KZN, one from Botswana, and "the remainder" - 20 Zimbabweans, fired at a helicopter, injuring the pilot. For further information, see the video below:
