Duties can include booking entertainment, hiring employees, ordering supplies, and handling and balancing financial records.

• Payroll and accounting, making sure employees are paid on time,
• Managing the nightclub facilities are well maintained.
• Managing band members and equipment
• Managing the DJ, Audio and visual equipment.
• Designing promotions and contests to promote the business.
• Discovering local talent and scouting for potential performers.
• Managing the maintenance and repairing of (ALL) nightclub facilities and equipment
Skills:
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, finance/budgeting, spreadsheet software
• Marketing strategies
• Capable of organizing and hosting events/artists.
